Senior Human Resources Representative
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Representative to join our Easterseals NH team! The individual in this position will provide Human Resources support to assigned programs and Human Resource Business Partners. Essential responsibilities include :
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to employee inquiries in person, via phone and email, regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll.
- Ensure resolution of inquiries or issues by routinely checking in with employees.
- Coordinate with Onboarding to facilitate the new hire process and review new hire packets for compliance with program requirements.
- Monitor annual and ongoing program compliance requirements by collaborating with the HR Administration Team.
- Maintain accurate employee records; run reports as needed by program and HRBP team.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment as needed and facilitate support from Total Rewards for employee benefit needs.
- Schedule new hire check-in meetings and employee exit interviews for HR Business Partners.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve complex employee concerns.
- Develop and maintain HR resources, FAQs, and supporting documentation for employees.
- Assist managers with processing Workday forms including job requisitions, job or supervisor changes and administrative leaves.
- Educate employees on policies and facilitate HR Policies training for new hires during their orientation.
- Attend HRBP meetings; support HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in related field required, bachelor's degree preferredMinimum two (2) years related Human Resources experienceExperience in Microsoft Office Suite required, Workday experience preferredComputer proficiency, strong organization skills, attention to detail, the ability to solve problems and handle confidential informationValid driver's license and reliable transportationHours : This is a full-time, 40 hour / week position.
Compensation : $23 - $29 hourly based on experience, degree, and certifications.
