Contract Analyst II

A company is looking for a Site Contract Analyst II to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and negotiate site-specific Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)

Track contractual negotiations and prepare status reports; facilitate execution of contractual documents

Mentor junior staff and collaborate with study teams to maintain contract management systems

Required Qualifications

B.A. / B.S. in a business or science / health care field, nursing degree, or equivalent

Five years of experience in a client service role within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments

Prior Study Start-Up experience in clinical research or healthcare activities

Experience with electronic document management systems or similar environments

Must reside in the US (Eastern time zone)
