Perform routine and special inspections to ensure airworthiness of aircraft. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions within the aircraft. Record maintenance and repair work in compliance with Army regulations. Collaborate with other mechanics and aerospace engineers to modify aircraft structures as per necessity. Ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed to maintain a secure working environment. Train and supervise junior mechanics, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow within the field.
