The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Global Product Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world supporting the growth of the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division (IATD). The candidate will provide product marketing support to the Adhesives and Specialty Tapes business globally, coordinating and executing global marketing services programs, policies, and procedures.

Here, you will make an impact by :

• Working independently with defined processes and tools to support global business growth.
• Analyzing and interpreting information, examining variables, developing proposed solutions, and executing actions for the business.
• Supporting critical marketing and communication activities :

Communicate with 3M global subsidiaries through oral and written correspondence to ensure needs are met.

Administer sample and marketing material ordering processes.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $96,557 - $118,014, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
