Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol Flex

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrol Flex in Raleigh, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with staff, patients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, agile, and committed to teamwork, reflecting Allied Universal's values of integrity and putting people first. Pay Rate : $20.06 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeSat09 : 45 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff and local authorities as needed to address incidents and maintain a professional presence.
  • Remain alert and attentive to the unique needs and challenges of a healthcare location, adapting to changing conditions and requirements as necessary.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
