Service Account Manager HVAC / Mechanical
An industry-leading, employee-owned mechanical contractor is seeking a Service Account Manager to join their Nashville team. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, managing service accounts, and ensuring top-tier delivery on commercial HVAC service projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage existing service accounts and build strong client relationships
- Oversee service delivery for commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metal work
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure quality, timely performance
- Identify opportunities for additional service offerings and upselling
- Assist in estimating, quoting, and proposal development
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience as a Service Account Manager in the mechanical / HVAC industrySolid knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, piping, and sheet metalStrong communication, client management, and organizational skillsFamiliar with service operations, quoting, and coordination processesMust be based in the Nashville area and available for in-office / client site workThis is a full-time opportunity offering excellent growth potential, employee ownership through an ESOP, and a team-oriented environment within one of the Top 10 fastest-growing mechanical contractors in the U.S.
