Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company's commercial operations strategy aligned with business goals

Oversee sales operations including forecasting, pipeline management, and incentive programs

Lead the development of pricing, contracting, and deal governance frameworks to maximize profitability

Required Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations or related functions

7-10 years of leadership experience managing senior-level teams

Proven track record of scaling commercial operations in high-growth organizations

Hands-on experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and contract negotiations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
