We are seeking a Janitorial Manager for our site in Owego, NY
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 PER YEAR WEEKLY PAY!!
Hours : Must be flexible with schedule

Responsibilities :
Ensure safety program implementation and complianceComplete all online management and leadership training and developmentRecruit hire, train and deploy a capable work forceEnsure all labor, supply and equipment budget targets are metConduct periodic quality audits within the facility and address any deficiencies immediatelyConduct periodic performance reviews with client leadership to ensure all requirements and cleaning expectations are achieved consistentlyBe able to adjust to changing customer’s needsMust be willing to be hands on in all areas of the contract.Qualifications
2 years proven leadership and management successPrevious experience as a manager in a janitorial or housekeeping services role is highly desired but not requiredMust be able to obtain security clearanceProficient in Microsoft Office / ExcelPrevious experience with electronic timekeeping desiredThe ability to perform at the highest level with minimum supervisionAbility to communicate with all levelsExceptional decision making, problem solving and people skillsMust pass drug screen and background checkThis organization participates in E-Verify
