Job Description
Title : Strategic Consultant, Rapid Prototyping
Norstella seeks a skilled professional with a background in Market Access to help turn emerging technologies into real-world value quickly. You will drive rapid prototyping, AI-enabled solutions, and customer-focused innovation across teams and with clients.
Responsibilities
- Prototype what's next : Harness AI tools and no-code platforms to rapidly build and test market-ready concepts — often in days, not months.
- Validate in the field : Lead experiments and co-creation sessions with customers to ensure offerings meet real market needs.
- Ignite a learn-fast and AI-first culture : Champion experimentation, data-driven learning, and agile pivots to scale what works. Share experience to accelerate innovation.
- Shape new business : Translate early wins into compelling market offerings and grow new revenue streams.
- Partner for impact : Collaborate with internal teams and customers as a catalyst behind next-gen market plays.
- Identify market patterns and evolving trends to inform new product ideas and portfolio innovation.
- Define, refine, and communicate product vision, goals, and user stories to the development team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to drive product enhancements.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, issues, and updates from stakeholders and clients.
- Maintain understanding of market, regulations, and market access challenges to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with the UX / UI design team to create intuitive interfaces.
- Ensure effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Consulting or Market Development and / or Innovation in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.Experience with rapid prototyping tools, low-code / AI assistants, or AI-powered product development in an enterprise setting; energized by customer feedback and co-creation.Launched or delivered business-impacting initiatives that did not exist before.Thrives on collaboration, quick feedback loops, and making smarter bets faster.Proven experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Preferred
Background in Market Access within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.Experience using SQL or data access tools for self-discovery of data.Experience working with diverse stakeholders including providers, payers, and regulators.Eligibility

Compensation and Benefits
Benefits include Medical and Prescription Drug Benefits, HSA / FSA, Dental & Vision, Life and AD&D, 401(k) with company match, disability coverage, Paid Parental Leave, and Open Vacation Policy with company holidays. Salary range : $160,000–$180,000 base, with discretionary bonus consideration.
