Customer & Sales Support Representative Responsibilities :

• Undergo training on wireless products, service plans, billing, and customer service to better provide customers with services
• Learn to effectively handle customer inquiries by providing accurate information to individual consumers and potentially business accounts
• Assist customers with basic wireless service, device, and billing issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Explain wireless service features, benefits, and promotions to increase sales
• Adhere to established customer service guidelines and company policies for all customer interactions
• Continuously seek guidance from senior team members to improve wireless knowledge and skills
• Support the sales team by providing customers with relevant information and identifying opportunities for service upgrades or additional offerings.
