• 3+ years of sales experience in the EMS / electronics industry (must-have)
• Proven track record in winning new business and building strong customer relationships
• Excellent communicator & persuasive presenter
• Self-starter with a global mindset and ability to manage complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Willing to travel up to 50% (domestic & international)
