Overview
Manning Personnel Group, Inc. is working with a Biotechnology Research firm to recruit a Senior Human Resources Generalist / Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and influence the design of processes and workflows within several facets of HR operations. The ideal candidate will be driven and ready to work in a fast-paced, dynamic biotechnology research environment.
Base pay range
$125,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources
- Optimize talent acquisition processes and talent retention initiatives
- Become a trusted partner and manage organizational issues
- Evolve company HR policies and technologies to support growth
- Create and implement employee training programs
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Lead the annual performance management process and provide training and support for new managers
- Manage employee benefits plans and open enrollment
- Develop programs to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and community involvement
- Collaborate with IT vendor to support data management, desktop support, onboarding, equipment, and infrastructure needs
- Assist leadership with developing, maintaining, and implementing corporate communications strategy
- Update HRIS with new and changing information; ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist in workers' compensation processes, including claims management and related investigations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements
- Participate in company-wide events and team-building planning
- Additional projects as requested by leadership
Qualifications
