SALARY RANGE : The anticipated salary range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. This range reflects a good faith estimate based on the targeted level for the role and typical compensation benchmarks across U.S. locations. Actual compensation may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications, experience, geographical location, and internal alignment.

SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time HR Assistant to support our human resources department while also handling various office assistant responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The following job functions are a basic requirement but are not limited to and may be assigned other duties.

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate and own digital file management project.
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Help coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing and document management.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
