Southern Wisconsin | Full-Time, On-Site | $90,000–$115,000 DOE + Benefits

A well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for either :

• ️ A proven leader with plant management experience
• ️ Or a rising star ready to step up into their first Plant Manager role with development and mentorship support.

What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of plant operations : production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and budgeting

Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA / FDA, SQF / FSMA and other regulatory standards

Drive capital projects, Lean / CI initiatives, and cost-savings programs

Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth

Build, coach, and inspire teams to achieve high engagement and performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience in food manufacturing leadership (dairy / cheese strongly preferred; smoked meats a plus)

Strong knowledge of food safety & compliance regulations

A hands-on, floor-present leader with proven ability to develop people

Track record in process improvements, KPIs, and efficiency gains

Bonus : ERP exposure (SAP, D365, etc.), capital project leadership, or startup / scale-up experience

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $90,000–$115,000 (DOE)
