About the Role :

We’re looking for a motivated Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team in a contract-to-perm position. In this role, you’ll put your technical skills to work in a fast-paced production environment, building, wiring, and assembling with precision. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a collaborative setting, and wants a long-term career path in manufacturing.

What You’ll Do :

Perform electro-mechanical assembly including point-to-point wiring, stripping, crimping, tapping, and drilling

Use precision measurement tools such as multimeters and calipers to ensure accuracy

Work in alignment with build standards and 5S best practices

Flex into other departments as needed to support production flow

Lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine work

Maintain reliability with a consistent day-shift schedule (7 : 00–3 : 30 or 8 : 00–4 : 30)

Collaborate with a team committed to quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical assembly

Solid understanding of measurement tools (multimeter, calipers, micrometers)

Ability to read and follow build standards accurately

Knowledge of imperial vs. metric systems

Strong team player with excellent reliability and work ethic

Willingness to cross-train and support multiple areas of production
