The Medical Assistant (MA) is an integral part of our healthcare team, delivering high-quality patient care and support. The MA operates within the scope of practice and under the supervision of healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a positive clinical environment and participating in various patient care activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform all duties within the scope of practice for Medical Assistants
• Operate diagnostic equipment, remove staples from wounds, change dressings, administer non-intravenous medications, collect specimens using non-invasive techniques, and perform venipunctures and EKGs
• Conduct quality control checks on equipment
• Prepare and sterilize medical instruments
• Room patients and prepare them for examinations according to established policies
• Accurately and timely document patient care in medical records
• Coordinate patient care as per directives from physicians and company standards
• Ensure patient confidentiality and deliver respectful service to every patient
• Organize and maintain examination and treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking
• Adhere to standard infection control practices
• Follow Standard Delegation of Orders (SDO)
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour. Compensation is determined by local labor markets, qualifications, and experience.
