Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Monitor collection activity and vendor accuracy for patient accounts

Manage vendor relationships and resolve patient complaints

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum two years of collection experience

Minimum two years of customer service experience

Minimum two years of patient accounting experience

Proficiency in using computers and basic software programs
