Front Office Coordinator – Sedation Center.

Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Location : Sandy Springs.

Schedule : Monday – Friday | 6 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM.

About the Role :

We are seeking a F ront Office Coordinator to join our Sedation Center team. This key position plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification and authorization processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in patient interactions.

Responsibilities :

  • Schedule sedation procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain required authorizations prior to procedures.
  • Ensure all necessary referrals and documentation are in place before the appointment.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and clinical team members to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate records and support overall office operations.
