Summary / Objective

The BPN Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of all assigned clinics.

Essential Job Duties

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Ensures each assigned clinic has appropriate staffing for each provider.
  • Organizes and maintains all files and records of the office.
  • Assist with organizing work flow and assist with implementation of new phases or services to the office.
  • Determines priorities of self and other office personnel based on current demands of service.
  • Maintains effective working relationships with other departments of the hospital, such as Medical Records, Information Technology, Purchasing, etc.
  • Utilizes specialized knowledge of business office principles and practices.

  • 1-3 years of related experience.
