Review and ensure person served records, including treatment plans and CANS meet quality standards Follow all MCE specifications for OP Therapists Provide training to clinicians Ensure teams meet billing and productivity requirements Requirement to keep current on all Agency, Government and Funding trainings and health requirements (OSHA, Sexual Harassment, etc) Completes all the necessary paperwork in a strength-based manner per Agency requirements, (i.e. court letters, change of placement forms, Referrals, ICP, Progress Notes, evaluation instruments, consent forms, etc.) Complete time sheets, mileage forms etc. and submit them accurately and in a timely manner Provide oversight of required documentations Independently licensed in Massachusetts in a mental health field (LMHC, LICSW, LADCI, LMFT) Possess a master’s degree in a human services field from an accredited university Demonstrated ability to be innovative, creative, analytical and decisive in problem solving Demonstrated communications, administrative and organizational capabilities Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and community agencies : School Dept., DCF, DYS, Juvenile Court, etc. Must have a driver’s license

Job Title : Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary :
We're in search of a Clinical Supervisor to work on a full time basis in our Outpatient Clinic in Brockton, which sits under our Behavioral Health & Recovery Services Division. The clinical supervisor is accountable to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services, who is responsible for providing supervision and training. The clinical supervisor is one who actively promotes the philosophy of the Gándara Center and maintains a high level of commitment to the program.
