Salary : $130,000-$155,000

About the Role

We're looking for a Field Superintendent with 5–10+ years of hands-on experience leading multiple crews in the field. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — making decisions, solving problems, and holding teams accountable to the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

If you've successfully delivered projects with the City of Austin, TxDOT, or NBU , and you're driven by results and responsibility, you'll fit right in at ELLA.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise multiple field crews on underground utility and concrete projects.
• Drive daily production to meet project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors on public and commercial projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with TxDOT, City, and utility standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a culture of accountability on every site.
• Conduct site inspections, solve problems in real time, and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Track and report project progress using Office Suite and field software (Heavy Job, etc.)
• Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and foremen.
