Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead cost estimation, planning, and project strategy for luxury residential Homes.

This role involves :

Ideal Candidate :

Background in high-end residential or resort-style construction, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficient with estimating software (e.g., BuilderTrend, Procore, RSMeans), and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams in a unique building environment.
