What You'll Do :
- Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community.
- Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes.
- Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections.
- Drive census growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach.
