IT Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified IT Technician to join their team onsite in Wilmington, DE and provide PC support and imaging. This is a Contract opportunity that can go 3 to 9 months depending on performance. The ideal candidate must be flexible to work a variety of shifts that could start as early as 8 : 00am and end as late as 10 : 00pm. There will be occasional travel to various client sites that are within 20 minutes of each other. The ideal candidate must have a valid DL, and a personal reliable vehicle to travel to locations.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Image, configure, and deploy PCs and related hardware in clinical and administrative settings
• Replace and decommission outdated systems with minimal disruption to operations
• Travel between sites to provide on-site support and complete deployment tasks
• Work collaboratively with a team of technicians to meet project goals and timelines
• Maintain accurate records of hardware assets and deployment activities
• Provide courteous, responsive support to staff, ensuring a positive user experience

Skills And Qualifications

Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $18.00 - $26.25 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
