Responsibilities
1. Store Operation
- Assisting Store Manager in organizing, planning and implementing company strategy;
- Ensuring that company guidelines and OH&S regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and clean work environment;
- Coordinating day-to-day operations, including set work shift, monitor staff performance and providing training to employees on a regular basis;
- Reporting any problems or accidents to senior management;
- Assisting with procurement of supplies and inventory management; Act as Deputy Store Manager when SM is absence;
- Completing other tasks assigned by the Store Manager
2. Team management
Act as a role model to influence and motivate employees to act in a professional and efficient way;3. Customer Satisfaction
Collecting customer s feedback and comments and addressing client s suggestion and concerns;Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner;Propose creative idea and construction suggestion in promotion and other branding activities;Implement company-wised new products launch and marketing event .Requirements :
Education : At least a high school diploma, the bachelor degree will be a plus;Experience : Over 2 years experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the restaurant or service industry;Knowledge :Has general knowledge about food safety regulations and protocols to ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety standards;
Basic knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control measures for managing expenses and maximizing profitability.Skill :Strong communication skills to interact with both customers and staff memebers,as well as conveying instructions and information from upper management;
Time Management : can overseeing various aspects of restaurant operations, being able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and stay organizedLeadership Skill :Good at recognize the strength of each team member;
Ability to delegate right tasks to the right person;Can provide guidance ,support and training when necessary;Able to influence and motive the team member and cultivate more outstanding supervisors.Compensation & Benefits
