LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a permanent onsite role in Seattle, WA. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports. Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
• Manage the weekly and monthly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and files
• Review and code invoices to appropriate accounts and cost centers
• Assist employees with expense reimbursements and corporate credit card reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing AP accruals and reconciliations
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards
• Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives within AP
