🎯 Role Overview

As Survey Campaign Manager , youll be the operational backbone for client campaigns from onboarding through execution. Youll manage client survey campaigns end-to-end : coordinating audiences, overseeing survey builds, managing email / LinkedIn outreach, and ensuring flawless delivery.

Youll work directly with the founder, clients, and internal team to drive campaign success.

🔑 Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding , ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goals.
• Manage multiple survey-driven campaigns simultaneously from audience targeting to survey delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure results meet client objectives.
• Maintain clear communication with clients providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Support process improvements to scale campaign delivery and quality.
