🎯 Role Overview
As Survey Campaign Manager , you’ll be the operational backbone for client campaigns — from onboarding through execution. You’ll manage client survey campaigns end-to-end : coordinating audiences, overseeing survey builds, managing email / LinkedIn outreach, and ensuring flawless delivery.
You’ll work directly with the founder, clients, and internal team to drive campaign success.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding , ensuring smooth setup and alignment on campaign goals.
- Manage multiple survey-driven campaigns simultaneously — from audience targeting to survey delivery and reporting.
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure results meet client objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with clients — providing updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Support process improvements to scale campaign delivery and quality.
✅ Must-Haves
B2B campaign management experience (preferably in SaaS or marketing services).Project management experience — juggling multiple client campaigns at once.Lead Generation experience - using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc.Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline.Experience in digital marketing , ideally including cold outbound email and LinkedIn outreach .Proactive communicator who keeps projects moving and teams aligned.💪 You Are
