Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service and support related inquiries
Identify and document client needs and issues while delivering exceptional client experiences
Communicate and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and participate in quality assurance testing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree recommended
Proficient in MS Office and related products
Technically savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
Healthcare or clinical experience preferred; RN preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
