Title : Product Owner

Location : Minneapolis, MN | hybrid

Assignment Length : 12 months

Compensation : $67.00 - $90.00 per hour (W2 only, no C2C)

Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead the day-to-day execution of software delivery within an agile environment. This role is pivotal in translating strategic product vision into actionable development tasks, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the health and stability of software products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to align on product vision and roadmap.
• Translate strategic initiatives into detailed user stories and lead backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and manage backlog items, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support product adoption.
• Flexibility to attend meetings across time zones, including early morning or evening sessions.
