In this role, you will act as a key link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that requirements are captured, analyzed, and translated into actionable outputs for development teams. You will contribute to building scalable, accurate, and compliant solutions that support operational excellence across the enterprise. This position involves gathering and validating requirements, modeling systems and processes, managing the lifecycle of documentation, and coordinating user acceptance testing. You will also help improve existing processes, ensure system protocols are properly maintained, and provide end-user training and support. It’s a role with strong impact, requiring both technical acumen and analytical skills in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
Accountabilities
- Gather, validate, and analyze business and technology requirements to define project scope, impact, and success metrics.
- Translate user and business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Create process models, diagrams, and documentation to guide design and implementation.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and updating as needed.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Monitor IT services against established SLAs and propose improvements.
- Research and refine requirement-gathering practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain system protocols, write and update procedures, and prepare technical reports.
- Provide end-user support, training, and maintain user documentation.
- Participate in the design and implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, or statistics, with 4–6 years of related experience (or equivalent expertise).Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules, as well as the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).Familiarity with configuration management tools and platforms (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Ansible).Understanding of healthcare payer business functions and operations is an advantage.Knowledge of Agile software development and the software development lifecycle.Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills.Excellent judgment, accuracy under pressure, and ability to work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on translating technical requirements for diverse stakeholders.Benefits
