Client Partner
Manages key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction, strengthen retention, and identify new opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
Minimum Requirements :
Position requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, or a related field and three years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development. Prior experience within healthcare, managed care, or a related industry is preferred. Will accept a suitable combination of education and experience.
Position requires strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills; the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients and internal partners; and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or other Government Programs is preferred.
