About the Job
We are seeking a Strategic Analyst to work directly with senior leadership to analyze business performance, financial trends, and operational data that drive high-impact decisions.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company at a pivotal growth stage following a recent $32 million Series A funding round.
You will work closely with the CEO , CFO , and Chief Economist to deliver insights that shape company strategy and improve outcomes across finance, operations, and growth.
This position offers direct executive visibility, broad cross-functional exposure, and significant potential for career advancement.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA (Embarcadero area) with 3+ days in-office per week .

What You’ll Be Doing
Own recurring reporting and dashboard creation, writing SQL queries and leveraging BI tools to generate actionable insightsPartner closely with the CFO to monitor financial and operational performance, identify trends, and inform strategic planningCollaborate with the CEO and Chief Economist to translate data into compelling narratives that influence key business decisionsDevelop and maintain Excel models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysisIdentify anomalies, risks, and opportunities in data to improve company performanceDrive ad hoc analyses and high-priority projects spanning finance, operations, product, and growthEnsure insights translate into measurable business outcomes through cross-functional collaborationWhat You’ll Need
1–4 years of experience at a Tier 1 investment bank or MBB consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)Demonstrated success in high-intensity, analytical environmentsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field from a top 30 university (strong GPA or merit-based scholarships preferred)Strong Excel modeling skills including pivot tables, formulas, and structured spreadsheet designProficiency in SQL for building and understanding data queriesExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesHighly autonomous, low-ego professional who takes ownership and works effectively in small teamsProven ability to identify actionable insights and drive execution across departmentsPreferred Qualifications
Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data (a plus, but not required)Exposure to SaaS or technology-driven business modelsExperience creating dashboards or visualizations for executivesReady to help redefine how healthcare operates?
