Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities :
- Supports and directs various job families to support the production flow of the product.
- Facilities leadership with the acquisition, modification, maintenance, and disposal of owned and leased assets
- Applies process management and improvement techniques.
- Uses problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions for equipment reliability.
- Facilitates work teams, provides training and interfaces with internal organizations and external customers with regard to project planning, problem resolution, and process improvement on building systems and production equipment.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace, Aviation, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Metallic Finishing / Processing, Assembly or MachiningMinimum 2 years of experience managing / supervising a team of 20 or more employeesMinimum 2 years in a leadership / management experience (industry or military)Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment over FacilitiesExperience reviewing, delivering or monitoring production metricsExperience in Microsoft Office SuiteWorking experience with multiple cross functional groups (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, Facilities etc.)Prior management level experience reporting out to Senior Leadership on department production statusFlexibility working 2nd, 3rd or alternative work week shiftsPreferred Qualifications
