Key Responsibilities

Conduct budget analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting

Develop and maintain operating and capital budgets while tracking savings initiatives

Ensure compliance with standards and manage vendor performance across multiple facilities

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities management with strong leadership skills

Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS systems

Experience in vendor and operations management

Strong organizational and supervisory skills

A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management is preferred
