Located in Edgerton, WI

We are seeking an experience Account Manager with a background in the printing industry to join our team. This role requires a proven track record of managing client accounts for printing companies, with a strong knowledge of print production processes, timelines, and customer expectations.

Pay : $45,000-55,000

Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm

Responsibilities and requirements :

• Manage the full account lifecycle - from onboarding and order execution to long-term relationship growth
• Translate customer needs into production requirements and coordinate with production team
• Prepare estimates, quote, and ensure projects are completed accurately
• Handle client issue resolutions, maintain documentation of all client interactions, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
• Prior experience as an Account Manager in a printing company
• Strong understanding of commercial printing processes
