Absence Management Analyst

A company is looking for an Absence Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and process leave of absence data entry and status updates in the ADP system

Manage paid and unpaid benefit hours entry in the Kronos system

Serve as a liaison for hotel leadership regarding absence management and coordinate return-to-work efforts as needed

Required Qualifications

2 years of experience in data entry

Prior experience with leave of absence administration preferred

Experience with high-volume data management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with ADP / Enterprise and Kronos preferred
