Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Human Resource Employee Relations Consultant for a long-term contract assignment in Phoenix, AZ. Work will be hybrid with onsite in downtown Phoenix, AZ a few times per month. Pay is $35 - $38 / hr.
Candidate will be training, coaching, and supporting people managers, preparing reports and analytics, recommending positive employee relations solutions, and conducting formal investigations into complaints. Candidate will also administer employee leave and assist with policy interpretation and creation. Will lead and participate in projects, create project plans, and coordinate and facilitate meetings.
Candidate must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, specifically Employee Relations. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be knowledgeable in the use of MS Office and Google Suite. Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree, experience with Lean / Six Sigma, and / or SPHR or a similar HR certification.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship ( no 3 rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, be able to work onsite as needed, and be able to pass relevant background and fingerprint checks.
