Job Description

  • Develop and implement safety programs tailored to civil construction projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Investigate and report on incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for safety-related matters on-site in Boston.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Officer should have :
