Regional Sales Manager - Cardiac Rhythm Management (San Antonio)

This is a hybrid position, candidate must be local to San Antonio or Mid-west (USA) .

Overview :

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth in the healthcare technology sector. Experience in cardiac rhythm management sales is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of Octagos Healths products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Sales Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Sales Planning : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status, and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales efforts.
• Customer Support : Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Travel : Travel to client locations as needed to build and strengthen relationships and close sales.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5 -10 years of sales experience, with a necessary focus on cardiac rhythm management / electrophysiology sales.
