Overview

CMI Media Group is seeking a Director, Communications Planning to join our collaborative team. This role involves creating compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare audiences and deliver impactful results for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Decision Sciences and Audience Intelligence teams to identify and understand target audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive customer decision journeys from awareness to action.
  • Uncover key insights and craft cohesive brand stories across media platforms.
  • Create strategic frameworks to guide media planning and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions, foster creative thinking, and collaborate with internal and external teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest in consumer behavior, especially within healthcare.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and develop strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
