Job Title : Auto Accounting Banking Specialist

Location : West Palm Beach, FL Job Type : Contract-to-Hire (100% Onsite) Pay Rate : $20–$25 / hr (Based on experience)

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Auto Accounting Banking Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to transition to a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive accounting and banking operations, with a strong understanding of financial transactions, reconciliations, and dealership processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process daily bank deposits and reconcile bank statements
• Manage floor plan payments and vehicle funding
• Post and reconcile cash receipts, credit card transactions, and ACH payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable related to vehicle sales and service
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in dealership accounting software
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure proper documentation and payment processing
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Resolve discrepancies and communicate with banks and financial institutions as needed

Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
