Accurately process biweekly payroll for all employeesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsMaintain payroll records and documentation for auditing and reportingRespond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentialityCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and benefits deductionsAssist with year-end payroll tasks, including W-2 preparation and reportingSupport internal audits and external reporting requirementsQualifications :
Proven experience in payroll processingStrong knowledge of payroll laws and best practicesProficiency with payroll systems and ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and accuracyPublic sector experience is a plus, but not requiredSalary starting at $60,000
