job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWork closely with the Principal to understand and track his evolving market views and tactical priorities. Ensure portfolio positioning reflects the strategic direction of the investment team. Market Monitoring & News Flow : Stay current on earnings, macroeconomic events, and geopolitical developments that may impact positions. Flag changes in market conditions, volatility, or liquidity that may require portfolio adjustment. Risk Management & Compliance : Monitor leverage, exposure, and concentration risk across positions and strategies. Ensure internal and regulatory compliance, working with operations to confirm trade accuracy and reporting integrity. Maintain rigorous documentation of trade decisions, execution notes, and risk summaries. 2–6 years of experience at a hedge fund, proprietary trading desk, or institutional investment firm. Deep understanding of short- and medium-term trading strategies, market structure, and portfolio risk. Strong proficiency with Excel and Bloomberg; familiarity with trading and order management systems. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Highly organized and methodical, with strong operational discipline Strong communicator who can translate complex strategies into clean execution Reliable, accountable, and composed under pressure Able to quickly absorb and apply the Principal’s market perspective in real time
Experienced Execution Trader – Hedge Fund (Short & Medium-Term Trading)

Key Responsibilities
Trade Execution & Portfolio Support :
- Assist with execution and day-to-day management of trades across equities, options, futures, and FX.
- Monitor real-time P&L, exposures, and position performance throughout the trading day.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of each position’s rationale, time horizon, and risk profile.
