Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. This role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, managing financial reporting, and ensuring full compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budget management, coordinating with external auditors to prepare accurate audit statements, and overseeing tax planning activities. In addition to core accounting duties, this position also includes light HR responsibilities for a small team, such as onboarding and offboarding employees, managing insurance enrollment, and supporting other HR-related tasks as needed.

Requirements :

• Must have 8+ years of Accounting experience
• Must have experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
• Experience in Construction industry is preferred
• Human Resources experience is a plus

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $75k-$90k / year
