A day in the life
Based in Walnut, CA, you’ll be the steady hand that keeps our production quality on course. Your day starts on the floor—reviewing processes, examining in-process and finished goods, and capturing anything that looks off-spec. You’ll translate observations into clear records, partner with operators and supervisors to fix root causes, and help refine how quality gets done. When audits come around, you’ll be the one bringing the right documentation forward and explaining what the data shows. Along the way, you’ll participate in and help deliver training that uplifts quality practices across the team.
What you’ll do
- Run routine inspections of products and manufacturing processes to verify adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Log nonconformances, document discrepancies, and communicate findings to the appropriate teams for action.
- Assist with building, updating, and rolling out quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to spot improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain precise records of inspections, tests, and quality metrics for traceability and analysis.
- Participate in training sessions that promote and reinforce quality control best practices.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentation and insights.
What you’ll bring
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or a degree in a related field is a plus.Experience in quality control or manufacturing preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.Clear, professional communication and solid interpersonal skills.Comfort working independently and within cross-functional teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.Knowledge of ISO standards and quality assurance methodologies is a plus.Location : Walnut, CA
