Job Summary

Moris Media is currently hiring for a PR & Business Executive in Tunis . This role may require you to drive sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring the seamless integration of innovative strategies to achieve business objectives. The role involves managing client relationships, devising tailored marketing solutions, and maximizing revenue growth while positioning yourself as a "Digital Doctor."

As a PR & Business Executive, you will lead the company’s efforts to enhance brand visibility, working on both strategic and operational levels. This includes diagnosing client needs, crafting compelling narratives about the company’s services, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns. You will also be responsible for leading recruitment and team management initiatives, demonstrating entrepreneurial acumen and the ability to handle diverse aspects of business development.

The role requires a dynamic and proactive individual capable of managing complex projects and aligning them with organizational goals. By blending sales expertise with a deep understanding of public relations and business strategy, you will contribute significantly to the company’s growth while building strong professional relationships and enhancing market presence.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent communication and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Conduct periodic meetings and check-ins to assess client satisfaction, provide updates, and identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to transform client requirements into actionable strategies and ensure seamless delivery of services.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop customized PR strategies that align with the client's business objectives, enhancing their visibility, credibility, and brand recognition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated campaigns, managing content creation, media outreach, and event coordination.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of media placements, approvals, and other deliverables while adhering to established budgets.
  • Continuously monitor the progress of campaigns, providing updates to clients, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet evolving objectives.
  • Media Relations and Outreach

  • Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, including journalists, editors, influencers, and bloggers, to ensure positive media coverage.
  • Proactively pitch press releases, stories, and updates about the client to relevant media outlets to ensure consistent coverage.
  • Monitor and track media coverage of campaigns and provide clients with regular updates on the performance of their PR efforts.
  • Organize and coordinate media events, interviews, and other public relations activities to enhance the client’s public presence.
  • Event Coordination and Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute PR-related events such as press conferences, product launches, corporate events, and brand activations to engage with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee event logistics, ensuring smooth execution and positive client experiences, while managing vendor relations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Gather post-event feedback from clients and attendees to evaluate the event's success and implement improvements in future events.
  • Prepare detailed post-event reports, analyzing outcomes, media coverage, and engagement metrics.
  • Content Development and Management

  • Collaborate with content teams to develop engaging and relevant press materials, including press releases, blog posts, articles, social media content, and more.
  • Ensure all content produced aligns with the client’s brand voice, messaging, and communication goals.
  • Review and approve all content before distribution, ensuring quality, accuracy, and consistency with client expectations.
  • Promote client content across various media platforms to amplify reach and establish thought leadership.
  • Client Reporting and Analytics

  • Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns using KPIs like media impressions, social media engagement, and brand sentiment.
  • Provide clients with regular, comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Make recommendations for strategy adjustments and new approaches based on performance data, client feedback, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, timelines, and key performance metrics to ensure efficient and effective project management.
  • Brand Reputation Management

  • Monitor and analyze public sentiment towards client brands, addressing any negative media coverage or public relations crises quickly and professionally.
  • Develop proactive strategies to protect and enhance the client's reputation in the media, managing any issues with tact and discretion.
  • Provide clients with guidance on best practices for managing their brand positioning, handling media inquiries, and communicating during sensitive situations.
  • Coordinate with legal, executive teams, and other stakeholders to manage complex, high-stakes communications.
  • Administrative and Logistical Support

  • Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing client presentations and reports, and maintaining client files.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, communications, and ongoing PR activities.
  • Assist with organizing logistics for media events, client presentations, and other related activities.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the PR department by assisting with miscellaneous tasks and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting press materials, reports, and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Effective at negotiating and managing client expectations while ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the communication process.
  • Proficient at building strong media relations through compelling pitches and engaging content.

  • Ability to design and implement PR strategies that align with the client's goals, whether for brand awareness, crisis management, or media engagement.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
  • Proficient in developing creative, results-driven campaigns and adapting strategies based on client feedback and performance metrics.

  • Established experience in building and maintaining relationships with media professionals, including journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers.

  • Product Training : Gain in-depth knowledge of our PR and digital marketing services, including unique selling points (USPs).
  • Market Analysis : Study the PR and digital marketing landscape, competitors, and potential target markets.
  • Sales Techniques : Learn effective sales pitches, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies through role-playing sessions.
  • Tool Training : Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics tools for tracking and managing sales pipelines.
  • Mentorship : Work closely with senior team members for personalized guidance and skill development.
  • The probation period focuses on evaluating your ability to meet business targets, adapt to the dynamic role, and contribute effectively to the organization.
