We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive with PROVEN SAAS / UCAAS experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, business development, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a blend of technical sales skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

We’re looking for 3 results-driven sales representatives to respond to hot inbound sales-ready leads and actively seek out and engage cold customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities.Conduct warm calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.Utilize strong negotiation skills to finalize contracts and agreements that benefit both the client and the company.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and how they meet client needs.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our solutions' value proposition.Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.Strong account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.Proficient in negotiation techniques and closing strategies.Demonstrated ability in business development and identifying new market opportunities.Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results within a collaborative environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.Compensation
Base Salary : $50,000.00Commission : Demonstrated during the interview.On-Target-Earnings : $150,000.00+No cap on commission!Schedule :
