A company is looking for a CRM Manager for the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Capture and define new business processes and system requirements for CRM and FSM tools
Drive user adoption of sales and service processes through training and performance communication
Support super-users and end-users with training and development of CRM-related resources
Required Qualifications
Relevant education in business, process management, IT, or similar fields
Proven success in driving business results through process and system improvements
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com, and FSM systems, preferably ServiceMax
Experience with CRM-related administrative tasks, including data management and training
Fluency in English (written and verbal)
