Bilingual Customer Service Representative

A company is looking for a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative.

Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Assist clients with claims, doctor changes, and general inquiries

Maintain accurate records of conversations in the call center database
